Force Sensor Power Consumption Calculator

Force Sensor Power Consumption Calculator

Most SMD load cells use sputtered thin film technology, giving them a higher bridge resistance and lower power consumption than the competition. Our sensors have a typical Bridge Resistance (i.e. "Terminal Resistance" or simply "Resistance") between 1,000–10,000 Ohms while the competition uses silicon or bonded strain gauges with insulation resistance between 350–1,000 Ohms.

See for yourself how much power you can save!
