A novel integrated differential pressure sensor.
A single flush mounted non-wetted pressure sensor that compares the pressure difference across its face using a unique bifurcated sensing membrane.

Applications
- Senses the differential pressure across an orifice, restriction, or
- filter to determine flow or filter status.
- Applications include medical devices, fluid handling systems, industrial equipment and other systems when monitoring of flow
- or filter status is required.

Special Features
- Single component provides accuracy to better than 1%.
- Rather than electronically comparing two pressure sensors that are independently calibrated to a standard, a direct "delta p" measurement is made by one durable tamper resistant, overload protected sensor.
- Common mode pressure is ignored in making the differential pressure (DP) measurement or the common mode pressure can be sensed independently with no extra hardware.
